v3 handles wireless completely different. Need more information to help you.
I mean upgrade from 3.0 to 3.2
Again, you aren’t posting enough information for anyone to help you.

What hardware are you using?
Define poor throughput
Hardware is RB 600 with R52 Wirelless cards each side. If the dara rate is 54/6 Mbit the troughput is around 2 Mbit/s and the latency is around 500 ms. The ack is skiping from 104 to 433 us. I tryed to chande the RB 600 on the one side of link, it is little bit better, but it is no 100 %.
Could be noise, bad alignment, bad diversity switch in the card.
I have similar problems with RB333/R52 v3.2 on one side (AP-1) and RB532/R52 with v3.2 on the other side (AP-2).
Both 5GHz, both set to CZECH REPUBLIC, both to same channel…
In ALIGNMENT mode I am able to see AP-2 from AP-1.
In ALIGNMENT mode I am able to see AP-1 from AP-2.
I have aligned both antennas (parabolic 24dBi) with RouterOS v 3.2
=> range 1km
=> signal -60.
=> manual TX power - 0
When I have switched to AP-bridge on AP-1
and
station on AP-2
in scan I was unable to find AP-1
I tried to set AP-2 as ap-bridge.
With AP-1 I was unable to scan AP-2.
How it is possible ??
I tried to set TXpower to default. Nothing happened.
I am not newbie. I have some 5GHz peer-to-peer connections.
Any IDEAS??
I can’t remember the exact combination, but with the SR9 on 133c’s, on a WDS bridge that was up and working, when I swapped from 5MHz to 10MHz, seems it still worked with one as bridge, one as station. When I set it to 20MHz, both had to be bridge or something odd like that. Playing with the frequency bandwidth, at one size channel I had to have both in bridge for the WDS link to come up. Worked as it should in others.
Dunno why, don’t care, got it working and left it alone.
Same problem on RB333 and RB112 v3,2, 54/6 mb and change every 2 second to 54/54 tested outdoor at 1km and same problem indoor. WDS dynamic
