v3RC1 still didn't work correct with USB UPS

After upgrading to RC1 USB started to work, but when I connect UPS in my log file every 4 sec he write “USB UPS AC power on”

so, it checks every 4 seconds - is it on or no

and responds as it was configured

Yes it is!
But why need to write full log with this?
Can he do it only one time?

when you see that ups is operational just remove that from logging with **!**ups in logging settings
