In 2014, I bought to one small family company a Mikrotik router. I setup all what was needed (ssh, dhcp, static IPs) . Last week, I came to see an unrelated issue. By this, I did backup and update(upgrade) via packages the router. New one is 6.20 , from 5.47(probably) . It failed to boot after reboot, so I did factory reboot (power+reset for 10seconds). After it, I tried to restore backup, which failed. Problem is that the router now doesn’t want to start. Neither after reboot, nor power shutdown. I found out that, if I press for few seconds the reset button and connect power, it starts immediately and works again without problem (it doesn’t reset configuration), which I manually added into it after update.

Can you please give me some ideas, what can be the problem and how to fix it?
