Hello everyone!
Describe my situation and hope for help.
I have two identical ccr1036-12g-4s v6.22. Today I decided to upgrade to 6.33.5 and to test with new features nat + trafic-flow + fast track. But it doesn’t come up because I came across a problem with the packages.
That would not interrupt the network, updating them in one by one. Update the first router, throw the 7 packages via FTP, then reboot:

Everything seems fine, I disable unnecessary packages.

Reboot, yes? [y/N]:

Connection closed by foreign host.
And then there is a strange situation, I have lost many packages not marked as “disabled”. Just gone. Just missing the main package “routeros-tile”:
[prot@NAT_sw1] /system package> print
Flags: X - disabled
# NAME VERSION SCHEDULED

5 routing 6.33.5
Second router works, so don’t panic I checked all.. Surprising was the fact that it’s working. This is the main package is not needed at all? In any case, I uploaded it over, and rebooted the router again. Many unnecessary packages appeared again, including still disabled “wireless-cm2” and “ipv6”:
[prot@NAT_sw1] > /system package print
Flags: X - disabled

I decided again on a block I don’t need the packet except for the “ppp”, all of a sudden there is some sort of dependency on the main package. And it looks like it worked:

I checked that everything works, and decided to begin with the second router. And then faced with an even more mysterious situation.
Threw the files via FTP, rebooted, checked that the packages are updated, blocked as I don’t want all the packages except the “ppp”(as on the first router), and something strange had happened:
[prot@NAT_sw2] > /system package print
Flags: X - disabled

Wait… Whaaaaaat?!! Why “system” and “routing” are disabled?!
And again, once the first router is operating normally, without panic I checked all. Was the second also works, and routing rules work fine and everything else works.
I immediately decided to unlock the “right” packages:

[prot@NAT_sw2] /system package> enable security
[prot@NAT_sw2] /system package> enable advanced-tools
[prot@NAT_sw2] /system package> enable system

It didn’t work. Then I decided to try to unlock via the web interface.
And saw this:

I have two questions:
First, addon (stable) to version 6.33.5, this is a joke?
Second, what do I do now? Downgrade?
