I did some digging, and to be fair to MikroTik with regard to DHCP Snooping and FastTrack, the doc does have a warning if we look at the description of the dhcp-snooping parameter (also for the new DHCPv6 Snooping).

But the Bridging and Switching documentation page is huge and that can be overlooked.
The documentation entry was updated on February 14, 2025 by @EdPa Page Comparison - Bridging and Switching (v.131 vs v.132) - RouterOS - MikroTik Documentation. That was sometime after he explained the issue to me in the 7.17rc thread v7.17rc [testing] is released! - #326 by EdPa.
