Actually, the changelog of 7.24 did have a line with the correct wordings:
However, it didn't work as expected, also not in 7.24.2. Apparently, they have not enabled the necessary code changes. The warning does work in 7.25beta3, but the change item's wording is not as good as the one from 7.24.
