v7 BGP input.affinity and output.affinity

Hello,

Question, where i find not that many information about, also not in this forum.

What is the recommend setting for the input.affinity and output.affinity

If i read the following link correctly: https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/ROSv7+Basic+Routing+Examples
I should say for a CCR1072 with a lot of cores use:
input.affinity=alone
output.affinity=alone

Correct?

But wat about a CCR2004 with only 4 cores? do i also use alone or do i use main?

In short you for CCR2004 you have to experiment with settings. Depends on the amount of peers and other protocols you are running.
