Valgrind Package

I am just getting ready to test 2.9 Beta 2. I have not been able to find out what the “Valgrind” package is for. Just curious.

I suppose it’s a mistake that this package ever appeared public - valgrind (try google on this name) is a memory profiler and debugger, and it should be needed only for developers
