valn1 offering lease 172.11.x.xx for 38:30:F9:xx:xx:xx without success

For the past few months I’ve been getting messages in logs like this

APV101 offering lease 172.11.x.xx for 38:30:F9:xx:xx:xx without success

This is a picture of the DHCP settings

System version v6.47.10 [long-term]
firmware version 6.47.10

I use Nanostation M2 devices to broadcast the Internet wirelessly

I 've seen this error in many networks, i won’t consider it as a problem if it doesn’t appear often or if it is not related to a very specific client…

So what’s the solution?

A client may not accept a lease offered from a DHCP server for various reasons …
So, are you getting this error all the time?
Is it related to a specific client ?

You just ask for a solution without giving any information about the network at all ( topology, configuration setup etc. … )

why you have ticked always broadcast?

Yes, most of the time with several devices.. I use the Mikrotik router to organize wireless Internet broadcasts through monthly subscriptions

Do I stop it and how do I prevent hackers from knowing the Mac of the devices in the network

Always Broadcast respond to requests with a broadcast instead of unicast.
This can be helpful to diagnostics, and dhcp snooping. Though I’ve found that many devices don’t. accept broadcast responses, AND it causes more “noise” on the LAN.
