I have some install with Tooway (Satellite internet) and RB 75x, 95x and 2011 in my house.
Always everything is working great…
But… you know, when you are using a shared service like satellite internet, the maximum speed is in papers, but depends of many factors, like network congestion, if you are in FAP (I am always in FAP), etc etc.
My maximum speed is 20 Mbps (I am old customer, I don’t have the upgrade to 22), but sometimes like NOW (saturday at 22:00 GMT+1) I am in FAP and the satellite network in my beam is at 100%… then, my actual download speed is about 2 Mbps, but I had configured the PCQ and parent queue to 18000 Kbps, then, NOW is not distributing well the small speed because it thinks that: 18.000 / 4 queues for example: 4500 Kbps per queue, but one queue is more than all my download speed.
Is there some possibility to ajust the parent queue or something like that?
