Very Slow Speeds with CHR trial in AWS

Hello,
I’m currently trying a 60 day trial of Cloud Hosted Router in AWS.
However when I use NAT from a private subnet to the internet via CHR, I get very slow speeds under 1Mbits.

Is the trial license limited to 1 Mbits? What could be causing it to be so slow?
