I’m currently out in Croatia installing some Mikrotik kit for a friend’s B&B. They’re currently using a Tektonika RUT950 as the mobile modem. A Mikrotik router is the only device connected to it. Everything works a treat (i.e. LAN, Wi-Fi, download) except upload speed is almost zero on some clients, not all though.
However, enable a VPN (IP Vanish or Easy VPN) and the upload speed is perfectly normal. I have read about throttling but throttling back to near zero doesn’t seem reasonable. Mobile provider is Hrvatski.
I know this isn’t a RouterOS issue as such but any ideas?
