i have 1 windows box that looses communication to the internet every 4 or 5 hours. This started happening after i replaced a cisco 1900 with mikrotik router OS 2.9.42.
after communication is lost (cannot collect mail or RDP in) i can ping the IP of the box but cannot access services from the internet. If i remote into another box on the same lan i can remote in from the box, telnet ,rdp etc.. Now if i clear the ARP cache on the windows box all is well for anothe few hours.
If i reboot the router my windows box looses comminication from the internet until i clear the ARP cache.
The router has the most basic config no FW rules nat or anything else.
This only happens on 1 of 3 windows boxes
