Hello guys,
I think this is gonna be pretty uncommon and only skilled MikroTik users could help me. Since I’m new to MikroTik hardware, I dont have idea where to start studying, what I need to know to start solving my problem. So, I have 2 internet connections at home. One is ADSL, so its pretty slow (8/1mbit), but at least its stable, while online gaming no issues. The second connection is faster (26/2mbit), but since its over WIFI on the house with distance around 4km (2,5mi), the signal is weak at the evening, and in online gaming I have 500ms ping and packet loss as hell. So I got an idea. What if I connected all the computers to MikroTik router, which could be connected to 2x WAN (first ADSL and second WIFI), the MikroTik would have configured VPN, and packets would be divided by port they are targeting at? How to make something like this? Lets say I want to connect on a website running port 80 or 443 for security… so it can go on the faster, unstable connection, while ports 1000+ would be considered for online games on ADSL, since they dont have stable ports and normally use 1000/2000 - 65536. If its possible and you give me an idea how to make something like this, what to study etc., it 'd be very nice.
Thanks for all answers.
