Very very slow speeds on copying files on my network, URGENT

Hi Guys.


I got another question here.


Look i simple got a rb 433 on my network as a access point and looks like it work fine for internet , but wend i try to copy a file from my computer to the file server using wifi i got 400kbps , this is very slow.

Is there any way to get this fatster?

Check the wireless data rate when you do a transfer on what rate it is sending.
What wireless cards and what band/frequency you are using?
