I have a problem after configuring my MT with NAT and masquerade
Some PC users just change their LAN IPs without my Knowlwge. Please What do I do to make sure only IP I Specify to Browse on my LAN can do Just that.

First, you would probably get more attention when posting to the right forum - this is definitely not a scripting question.
You can control what traffic is allowed to go through your routing using the firewall.
I would recommend reading the manual - it’s full of interesting things and examples for configuring your RouterOS machine…

You can make the MT as a PPPOE server
Give the user a account and allow it login in one ip once.
