Video on hotspot login page not showing up

Hi everone,

I’m having an hotspot page that showing an video when you log in, the video not playing on iPhone, on Android it works just fine.
Any body has an experience with this issue ?

What type of video is that?
For example iphones do not support flash videos.

The video format was mp4 and then i changed to MPEG which is iPhone format but still doesn’t show up when the page opened.
