OK check it out , ip cameras will use all the bandwidth in the world you can throw at them.
IN that case we need to throttle them down to lets say the total amount of upload/downlaod transfer divided by the number of cameras that you have. I set all my cameras to 256k on up and down so 6 cameras * 256 = 1.536 or so megs or 1536kbps. This can be achieved by using 2 ways 1 via hotpsot and bind the mac address to the ip address of every camera and then setting the upload and download speed via the hotspot , or 2 by using the dhcp server and setting static address to the mac address of each camera and then go to queues and set a queues up for each device and limit the bandwidth ther. This should stop your lag that you get.
ok but 256k up and down but then you must change the frame rate and the q of the cameras so there for you dont have realtime viewing on the recordings?
so how can we change that
