view HTTP traffic in my RB750G L4

Hi, I want to view HTTP traffic in my RB750G L4, because I used to use a windows pc for that and winroute, and see everything that passed, so can I also do this with my RB750G L4. ?

it can be done

setup web proxy
& syslog webproxy with logging utility

is that hard to setup?, because I kinda use it, in default setting, with a basic firewall setup
