IS perfomance will be better if i set ap for 20 and virtualap also for 20 or if i set only ap for 40 cards ?

I don’t understand the question.. for 20 what? and what do you mean 40 cards?
Virtual AP just allows you to run multiple SSID’s on the same radio. There is no performance gain to it.
Virtual AP uses the same frequency as parent AP. There will be no difference for 20 +20 or physical 40 (there are not so many non-overlapping channels).
