We use your product “The Dude” and it is great.
We want to offer a single visual improvement that does not require large expenditures.
We have an extensive network of managed switches and many alternative lines. To avoid loopback some of the ports are disabled. The lines which connect the switches with disabled ports, we mark as dotted. The problem is that you can not immediately tell where switch port is disabled. Our proposal is to add two new types of lines: a line with an empty circle on the left and the line with an empty circle on the right. Then you can assign to communication line a new type: circle will be mark where port disabled.
