Hi all, can you please advise me how to properly set DHCP for my network?
I have got 2 routers (MikroTik). First is connected to internet and there I create 3 VLANs and set ports like this
ether2 - trunk (vlna10, vlan20, vlan30)
ether3 - VLAN10
ether4 - VLAN20
ether5 - VLAN30
bridge10 - 192.168.1.1/24
bridge20 - 192.168.2.1/24
bridge30 - 192.168.3.1/24
ports 3 to 5 works fine. Workstations are getting IPs from DHCP.
Router2 is connected to ether2 (trunk) - vlans are created (bridges too) but workstations are not getting IPs from DHCP (Router1).
Very weird is fact that workstations connected to Router1 and to Router2 can ping each other (when I assign IPs manualy) but Router1 cannot ping Router2 and Router2 cannot ping Router1.
I believe that Routers cannot ping between themselfs is the problem, but a can’t figure out why!!!
Thank you.
