vlan configuration on mikrotik router os.

Hello all.
Kindly assist me, am new with mikrotik routers. now my ISP have given me a point to point ip address (10.2.4.13/30)to configure on my end so it can terminate to his VLAN port(3132) to have internet connection.
also he gave me a public ip and DNS IP.
assist on step by step how i will configure my router to have internet.
am stuck.

add a vlan3132 Interface to the Interface pointing to Your ISP.

Then add 10.2.4.13/30 to the vlan Interface. Add also Your Public ISP to this Interface.

Add a private address to Your LAN Interface, eg 192.168.88.1/24 add a dhcp server to this Interface, and setup DNS correctly in dhcp setup (from Your ISP)

After this, add a src-nat masqurade rule and have out Interface vlan3132

Hey i have tried but still not working. I can ping. Vlan ip of the provider. 10.2.4.14. But cant ping the DNS maybe am configuring wrongly. I already have a hotspot previously working on dhcp(172.16.0.1/21) How will i NAT it to use the vlan interface.
Also is there need for a brige interface?. If yes how will i do it please.
