nope it just totally ignores the rules if you say “all interfaces”
Please upgrade to the newest version first. then describe exactly what the setup is, what you want to get, and what you really get…
I had the same situation, but found that I have an interface with the name “all”, everything goes well after renaming this interface and rewriting filter rules.
