VLAN on Omnitik with Client RB711 or SXT

Hello

I have Omnitik at my central site & i connected 5 -6 SXT or RB711 at client site, my Omnitik network is running over NV2 the network running is far stable but still i want to make it more secure with creating VLAN or VPLS where the traffic should run on shape.

Can any one advice me step by step configuration via Winbox ??
