VLAN Problem

Hello,

First of all, I’d like to mention that I’m a complete beginner.

Connection Setup:
My internet provider only offers LTE Internet.
I’ve connected my LTE modem via USB to a MikroTik hAP ac lite router.
An Ethernet cable runs from Ether2 on the MikroTik to my laptop, which runs Linux (Debian).

I can connect to the internet directly through Ether2, but I can’t seem to get a connection when I try to use a VLAN.

Could you help me understand how to solve this issue?

Draw a network diagram.
State/identify the users on the network and the traffic they need, since its not clear why you need a vlan.
