I have an RB1100 and multiple 24 port Cisco switches.
The goal is to create each port on the Cisco’s as an access port and only allow 5 IP addresses to be provided per port.
The trunking of the ports back to the router is fine.
In order to get connectivity to the port I’ve had to add the individual VLANs to a bridge.
This has taken away the facility to create a single DHCP server and a /29 range to each virtual interface.
In turn, this is good as I don’t need a stupid amount of DHCP servers.
What I can’t work out is how to restrict each VLAN to only have 5 IP addresses… can anyone shed any light on this?
Thanks
