Vlans doubts on CCR1009-8G

Hello,

I’m thinking to acquire um CCR1009-8G, but i have some doubts about vlans.

Is it possible to have two vlans with the same number into two different hardware interfaces, i.e., vlan50 on eth5 and vlan50 on eth6? different gateways for each interface, and also dhcp client on both?

Yes this is possible.

CCR is a true router and vlans are bound to an interface, they are NOT a “global” vlan like on a switch.

CCR1009 also has a switch but if not configured, all ports can be configured with individual vlan’s
