Vmware chr issues - what exactly is broken with mpls?

Hi,

Running chr on hyperv and struggling to rectify poor throughput (3gbps max) on 10gb interface. Loaded vmware and passes 9.8gbps easily.

Question is we avoided vmware due to reported mpls issues it has? I am just trying to confirm what exactly they are and if we can workaround it on our border routers to swap over.

You will have to enable promiscuous mode on the vswitch or vswitches the CHR is connected to. On VMware that is.

Ah ok we do this already in vmware for vlan trunking. That also sorts the null0 issues i have been reading about on here?
