vmware woekstatiom/mikrotik vm: not able to detect TPLINK usb wlan adapter

Good day.

iam newbie in mikrotik system. please bear with me:)

Without MT device with me..i used vmware workstation and load MTRouterOS v6.42 as vm. connect TPLink wireless USB adapter and it was seen in the list of usb devices but not in the Port list, please see attached file, only Serial is stated in the Port list.

i just want to simulate hotspot on Mikrotik..i hope iam in the right track of doing it.. else please advice. Thank you

USB wireless devices are not supported and only Atheros based wireless chipsets are supported under RouterOS,
