Voice Quality Issue

Hi
we have SIP trunk that is connected to our Mikrotik firewall. We have call quality issue. Some times calls are heard as robotic, some times choppy and some times it’s silent and you can not hear any voice. We have checked the configuration of our Cisco Telephony Service and they are all ok. How can I make sure that my Mikrotik firewall is working properly?

It sounds like link congestion issue. You should monitor traffic load of your interfaces and CPU load of your router.

Robotic and choppy could be hardware CPU related. Which product are you using and what is total bandwidth from your ISP?
