VOIP: Mikrotik to Asterisk

Hi All,
I have been trying to establish a VOIP link b/n an Asterisk Box and a Mikrotik. I have an X100P in the Mikrotik Box. I am able to setup a call from the the PTT through the X100P in the Mikrotik to the Asterisk. I am however unable to get any audio across the two boxes.

I am connecting my Mikrotik to an H323 channel in the Asterisk. My Mikriotik has a 24hr license. When I monitor the zaptel in the Mikrotik box during a call I get codecs of . Any Ideas what these mean?

I have tried gsm, ulaw & alaw at both ends either alone or in combinations without success.
Any experiences and or ideas will be highly appreciated?

Did you set gatekeeper to remote in MikroTik?
Also in Asterisk H323 channel is not compiled by default – you need to compile and install it separately – check that too
