I have a number of solar sites set up, all have direct powered RB450g’s in them, which have a handy-dandy voltage monitor i can check from winbox.
I’d like to be able to set up the dude to monitor it, and email me if voltage drops below a specified threshold.
graphing and logging of the voltage throughout the day/week/month/year etc would be awesome as well..
Ok well I’m stuck again,
I figured out how to set up voltage display on the device tag, and how to set a probe alert when it drops below a given threshold…
now I’m wondering, is there a way with dude to graph the voltage level over time? like it does with latency and stuff?
that way i can get an idea of battery health if (for instance) the voltage is dipping slightly lower during the night than it did on the graph 6 months ago etc.
I had noticed that the voltage readings were often a volt or two lower than what i’d measure with a volt meter (At the jack).
I found some information on correcting it, but as long as i know how much off it is, i can just set the warnings appropriately on a per router basis, so that really isn’t a problem.
are you saying the temperature of the router impacts the voltage reading as well? is it by a known amount?
Hello Team how can i monitor device voltage through dude B’cos we are using dc power in our network Plz tell me setups how can i monitor device voltage through dude
