Hi, i need to stop download and uplload when the user arrive to the limit volume of data. it is posible??

yes you could do this ,as you see in the attached photo that you could state the max tx and rx bytes which that mean the upload and download per client .
but there is a very important question here :
this max tx and rx per what ??? , if a user exceed the limits and the MT throughtled him what will happen if he disconnect and connect again ? will he still be under this limitation ? if no this is bad and if yes for how long ??? .
many questions for this case .
we all need help and answers for .
