VPLS FAT flow labels

I am trying to implement VPLS with load-balancing in core network, some of PE routers are Mikrotik CCR. Another PE is a Juniper router.
If I enable this feature on Juniper, VPLS tunnels stops passing traffic.

Can I enable flow-labels anyhow?
