VPLS to next hop router on Mikrotik V7

Hi

Can I set up VPLS tunnel between directly connected routers with MPLS configured on their respective interfaces?

It was working on Mikrotik V6, however when I set it up between directly connected V6 and V7 the VPLS tunnel is not UP on V6.
