VPN and gigabit interface problem

Hi

I need some litle help or comments

Mikrotik PPPTP server

two 3c905C-TX/TX-M [Tornado] (rev: 120) 10/100 mbps NICs (WAN and LAN):

The Lan interface is in the 192.168.1.0/24 range (arp=proxy enabled) MTU=1500.

The Internet interface is a PPPoe Client (ADSL with static IP address), MTU=1330, masquerading

The PPTP server have the local address 10.150.1.1, MTU=1330, only one PPTP client (a Mikrotik PPPTP client) is masquerading

MIkrotik PPPTP Client

two 3c905C-TX/TX-M [Tornado] (rev: 120) 10/100 mbps NICs (WAN and LAN):

The Lan is in the 192.168.3.0/24 range (arp=proxy enabled) MTU=1500, is conected to the LAN switch (3com 4250T)

The Internet interface is a PPPoe Client (ADSL with static IP address), MTU=1330, masquerading

The PPTP Client have the remote address 10.150.1.2, MTU=1330, and is masquerading

In the two mikrotiks I added the routes to ping the LANS: the 192.168.1.0/24 range can ping the 192.168.3.0/24 range and viceversa.

The problem:

In the Mikrotik PPPTP server I have a IBM server with two interfaces one interfaces is plugged in one 10/100 Mbps ethernet port of the 3com switch with addres 192.168.1.195, the other interface is conected to one 10/100/1000 mbps of the 3com switch (with IP 192.168.1.196)…the mikrotik PPPTP server can ping the 192.168.1.196, But from the Mikrotik PPPTP client i can ping the 192.168.1.195 but i CANT ping the 192.168.1.196 address (the Gigabit port), the same is valid from the mikrotik PPPTP client LAN (192.168.3.0/24 range).

Im sure that is a Mikrotik configuration problem maybe a bad MTU, y test many changues like enble or disabled the masquerading changue the MTU, etc…

Any suggestions?

Thanks In advance

Fe de Erratas:

The Lan PPPTP Client is conected to a generic 10/100 Mbps Swith, the LAN of the PPPTP server is conected to the 3com 4250T
