VPN and LOCAL NETWORK

HI everyone,
i’m having this issue, i configured VPN and i can connect from outside to my remote lan but while i’m connected i can not see local network, if i remove “redirect alltraffic to remote gateway” remote resource are not avaiable and local yes.
Any help?

The behaviour of VPN client regarding routing largely varies depending on the client and the protocol used. So on what operating system you run the client, is it a native client or a 3rd party one, what VPN protocol do you use?
