VPN clinet unable to connect using Hopspot

Hi

I am using Mikrotik RouterBoard 450G one of my user unable to connect his VPN Service even I have disabled all the firewalls.. any solution regarding VPN Service.

Some VPN protocols don’t work with NAT.
