VPN configuration with 2 WAN load Balancing

Hi, I need you guys to help me in my case.
Here is the situation, I have 2 WAN which act as a load balancer. then I need to setup VPN to access when im out of the site.
The Problem is, I cannot make the VPN work. What additional configuration do I need. Is there something about the static route??

I guess you’re using PCC load balancing?
And I guess you only mark outgoing connections, not incoming.
Mark incoming connections for the appropriate WAN ports and it should work.
