VPN Connection

I am trying to learn how to use the VPN option on my hAP AC.
I set up the VPN option on with the quickset and the password.
First thing i am attempting is to connect with my cellphone. I am able to connect to the VPN and keep a connection if i am on the same wireless network.

But switching off the wifi on the phone, it wont connect via the cell network. Now you may be thinking the ports may be blocked by the AT&T network but
i am able to see in the RouterOS log that the connections are actually taking place, the ones reading “TCP connection established” but the phone does not actually connect, it just hangs in there “connecting…” and then “unsucessful” Please look at the screenshot.

I am using the built in VPN option from my google pixel 3.

post out the full log.
there is a log with “ppp” or “pptp” tag .
post them if they contains anything or any error you will see it

The contain the same information as the previous screenshot. “TCP connection established from..” thats all.

have you tried vpn connection on other cellphone with other mobile data?
