I’ve a problem in the pptp server.
Everything seems fine but the problem is that I’m getting the error 800 . I get this error from some location ?!
I’ve configured the firewall in Mikro Tik PPTP server for accepting the port 1723 and gre protocol 47. But I can’t do that in the other site since I’m using internet dongle.

It sounds like your problem is that certain internet connections won’t pass the required PPTP traffic. The solution to that would be to not use PPTP, but use something else that only uses, say, a single TCP or UDP port [as they’re less likely to be blocked or poorly implemented by $random_internet_connection] to carry the traffic. OpenVPN and SSTP should meet this requirement.
