VPN - GRE packet problem

I’ve got a customer behind a MT router, that is saying that we are blocking GRE packets in his VPN tunnel. I’m blocking some basic ports, like 137, but I don’t see where I’m blocking this..

He’s running a juniper firewall on his end, and I think that’s where the problem is…

Any ideas or anything I should look for?

GRE (port 47) and IPSec uses ESP (port 50) and AH (port 51)

These are the ports that ipsec uses make sure you don’t have any drop rule for these ports.

Protocol 47 - not port 47. . . .

it’s not UDP or TCP
