Is there a Way to Create a VPN connection between
TP LINK 300Mbps Wireless N ADSL Router
Model : TD-W8960N
With a MicroTIk (board-name: “RB450”)
If you device supports one of the following protocols, then it should be possible,

actual problem i’m having is i want to create a EOIP tunnel with this router ..

EoIP is MikroTik proprietary. Other devices don’t support this technology.
The device that you mention doesn’t actually support any kind of VPN. It can only connect to a PPPoE server (DSL providers mostly) but that doesn’t count. See the spec sheet you linked to.
but they support IPsec … that mean i can configure a Ipsec tunnel ???
no, they don’t support it. it’s written on that page “ipsec passthrough”. that means they support some tunnel going through the device. not from it, or to it.
They saying
IPSec VPN - Support up to 10 IPSec VPN tunnels
What this means …? Can’t I create 10 Ipsec VPN tunnels with this router ???

ok, maybe it does support IPsec.
