I have a VPN connection setup to my home RouterOS. Everything works well.
The problem is when I connect from my work PC to my home router, I loose all connection (gateway) to my local LAN at work.
What setting needs to be changed or added so that I can keep surfing the internet using my local lan, and still access my home network while connected to VPN?

The issue is that when the VPN connects, my gateway changes from being on my local lan, to being on the remote lan im connected to…
how can I stop this?
Issue was not the VPN configuration on RouterOS, but the configuration of the VPN client on windows 7.
in the VPN connection properties, select networking tab, the clikc IPV4 then properties.
Click advanced, and you will see in the IP Settings tab, Use default gateway on remote network Uncheck that, and all is good !
