VPN l2tp/ipsec

Hello everyone.
I have L2TP/IPsec VPN server on my Mikrotik CCR1036-12G-4S. And I’ve got the following problem:
Two users can’t connect to the VPN from the same external IP. One of them gets dropped out.
I can’t seem to be able to identify the cause, can you guys advice where should I look into? Thanks in advance.

Warning: Only one L2TP/IpSec connection can be established through the NAT. Which means that only one client can connect to the sever located behind the same router.

i didn’t try the recommendation above i have solved by using ovpn
