VPN Mikrotik to mikrotik

Hello ,

I want to create a VPN between 2 mikrotik. I tried using pptp but it didnt worked how i wanted.
I want that all devices connected to the mikrotik to be in the VPN , for example i want to see printers becouse i need to print some reports from them.

Wich is the best VPN solution for this ?
