VPN NETWORK FOR CCTV MONITORING

Hi everyone!

Pretty new with VPN connections.

I have here a scenario (image below), where I have a MAIN Surveillance Monitoring Site (SITE 1) and 2 remote CCTV sites (Sites 2 and 3).

I have an internet connection for each of these 3 sites.

First I was thinking of using Port Forwarding so that I can monitor Sites 2 and 3 from Site 1.
However, I don’t have the luxury of using Port Forwarding because the ISP does not give me the ADMIN privilege to configure their Modem-router
The thing is, as I connect the RB3011 routers (or directly to my PC) to the ISP modem-router only gives out Private IP Address (192.168.60.x / 192.168.70.x / 192.168.80.x)

I have seen many examples where Mikrotik routers are used for site to site VPN connections that do not use modem’s Public IP Address, and rather use the Private IPs in LAN side. But I don’t know what will be the best VPN setup for a CCTV-based Network

I want to set them as if Site 2 and Site 3 Routers (and the CCTVs connected to them) are connected in the same local network (10.10.12.1/24) . I will use Static Addresses, not DHCP, for the local network. If possible, L2TP over EoIP (seen an example in youtubE) I want to set the Site 1 Router to be the central L2TP server, and then Sites 2 and 3 routers will be L2TP Clients connecting to Router 1.

If you can please give me some tutorial for a suitable VPN (winbox config videos will be much appreciated  am not yet deep into scripting) … Thank You !!
