VPN (PPTP) connection errors

hello everybody

I have setup a pptp server and client in winbox and then finalized the pptp for vpn connection via pc.

but when I make a new vpn connection in windows(7 64BIT) it reports error 800!

I have been really confused, totally bewildered that how I can pass out this problem.

Please help me, If somebody has some suggestion about pptp in winbox (RouterOS), please share it.

Error 800: Unable to establish the VPN connection. The VPN server may be un-reachable, or security parameters may not be configured properly for this connection.

  1. Check VPN server is reachable.

  2. Check /ppp profile and Windows configuration for encryption.
