VPN problem between local LAN and VPN clients

Hi,

this is my network :

I have only one problem remaining.
I can’t ping from my LAN the second VPN client. Al other ping results are ok.

On my LAN client no firewall is active.
On my Mikrotik router if I allow all traffic in the firewall the problem persists.

Can anyone help me ? I’m still trying since weeks.

Do you have a static route to your LAN set on the Synology and a static route to the Synology from the Router?
